What’s Amazing Today?
Today has been a truly amazing day for me… well, for us. The reason? It’s our Monthsary! Our 2nd official monthsary. A special day celebrated monthly by people who are in a relationship; whether official or not.
It was indeed a great day. Our plans for the day were gleefully done. First, we went to SM Lipa, a mall in Batangas (about 45mins from San Pablo). Yung biyahe pa lang, enjoy na eh! She massaged my ear and rubbed my hair habang nagda-drive ako. We exchanged ideas on different topics too. We also opened up what we feel for each other like what we always do.
When we arrived at the mall, we checked the movies first and the time so we could actually plan what to do first. We decided to watch the “Angels & Demons” movie. We were kind of early for the movie so we decided to eat first. We ate at Tokyo Tokyo because she wanted me to eat sushi/maki with her, though she knows that I really hate eating japanese foods! Haha. Well, love can turn anything and everything around. Hehe. While waiting for the the food, she gave me a letter (as I was expecting and waiting… haha!). Na-touch ako sa mga nakasulat sa letter. Hehe. Then she was complaining na buti pa daw ako, laging may binabasa… hehe. She didn’t know that I also prepared a letter for her. A love letter. It was my surprise for her! LOL. It was actually my first time to make a letter, and it was hard! Hehe. Na-surprise ako nung sinabi niya sakin na na-touch siya. Hehe. Then may konting drama pa sa letter kaya ayun, I saw her eyes na medyo nag-iiba while reading the letter. Hehe. Then ayun, dumating na yung pagkain. We stuffed ourselves (as usual) with both different meals.
Sakto naman yung time… we went to the movie house to watch the movie. The movie was great… full of mysteries. Talagang mapapaisip ka kung “sino yung kalaban… sino yung hindi.” Hehe. After that, we went to World of Fun, a Timezone-like entertainment center. Hanap agad kami videoke booth/room. Yun din kasi talaga gusto namin magawa, magvideoke. Haha! We chose 8 songs. Eh pag may 5 songs na napili, may free 2 songs. Kaya 10 lahat ng nakanta namin. The problem was, sa 6th song, naghang yung videoke. So, we needed to re-insert the remaining numbers again. Eh medyo humahapon na… hindi siya pwede gabihin. Kaya ayun, medyo bitin ng konti sa oras. Hehe. But it was really fun! After that, bumili kami pansabit sa cellphone… as usual, Pagong yun design. Hehe. But the message from the strap was nice: “Fear not! For God is our refuge”. Truly a nice message. Anyway, before leaving the mall, we bought popcorns para may mangata sa byahe. Hehe. Since traffic, nakapag-usap din kami ng ayos.
I drove her home from Lipa to Los Banos. But we stopped first at UPLB to pray. We prayed, praised and thanked the Lord for all the blessings that He has given to us. We thanked Him for letting us and our relationship grow with Him. We thanked Him too for granting the desires of our hearts. We also prayed for our family and sa mga malalapit sa buhay namin. Whew! Ang saya ng ganong pakiramdam… that you offer it all to the Lord. That’s really the main component and need sa isang relationship: God must be the center of your relationship. Not only sa relationship, but also in the center of our lives. In the center of our hearts.
Well, I have written that much already. It’s time to sleep now! Hehe. I am really happy and blessed having my Girlfriend, Anne in my life.
